With the recent concerns of Coronavirus, we wanted to reach out to you all to let you know what BlueDog is doing to take precautions for you and our team.
We understand that some companies are requiring employees to work from home due to the virus. If this is the case for you, you are more than welcome to continue your pup’s walks or suspend them until you resume going into work. If you choose to suspend your walks please let us know and we can update your schedule for you. Please rest assured that we will maintain your spot in the schedule and your dog walker will be happy to resume once you need us again!
We also ask that if you or anyone in your family is home from work or school due to being sick or with flu-like symptoms to please notify us to cancel your walk. This will allow us not only to keep our team as healthy as possible but to prevent them from spreading any germs to other clients or family members at home. Any cancelations made due to someone being home sick will not be charged; simply make note when you request the cancelation that it’s due to illness.
Lastly, we want to assure you that our team is taking precautions to keep themselves healthy and avoid spreading germs. They have all been asked to wash their hands and use hand sanitizer after every visit. Keeping our team healthy is one of our top priorities so that we can continue to walk your pup without interruption!
